Mansi is a seasoned leader with expertise in delivering business value and results using data analytics and AI. Currently Global Head of Analytics at Carrier Inc. Mansi leads comprehensive AI and analytics product implementation across business value chains. She brings deep knowledge of the retail industry and has held additional leadership positions at Nike and REI.

Mansi has established and scaled enterprise data science and analytics teams while spearheading organizational transformation and creating integrated product organizations. Her work includes leading the development of AI/ML-driven recommendation engines for inventory optimization, predictive maintenance, and demand forecasting. Her experience spans strategic consulting and large-scale e-commerce platform transformations for major retailers globally.

Mansi holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Engineering from India.
