As co-founder, Kim brings over 22 years of experience as a former executive with a proven track record in building, managing, and leading diverse teams across various corporate functions, including technology, finance, and procurement. His expertise lies in transforming people, processes, and technologies, consistently delivering successful global enterprise programs within strict timelines and budgets.

A disciplined leader, Kim excels at both strategic oversight and detailed execution. His background includes close collaborations with leading global firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, and Boston Consulting Group, among others.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Willamette University, and is a former Certified Public Accountant in Oregon. He resides in Camas, Washington with his wife, Chi, and their three children, Jace, Bennett, and Sydney.
